Prop 3 Projects: Facilities

In the Rockwood School District, we understand that well-maintained school buildings are the foundation of learning environments essential for student success. Proposition 3 helps responsibly fund facilities priorities such as HVAC system replacements, roof replacements, and other areas of deferred maintenance that were a major focus of the proposition.

Projects are presented below in the year in which they were budgeted. Since most of the district’s capital project work is completed over the summer months, the total project cost may straddle fiscal years. Select each category for a detailed description and further breakdown.
