Prop 3 Priority Projects

The needs of our facilities as well as technology and safety constantly change, and the allocation of Prop 3 funds will change as necessary based on prioritization of these needs. Priorities are captured in the district’s forward-looking five-year capital plans in each area.

In the development of these capital plans, building administrator requests are considered and worked into the plans as funds are available. Feedback from the Capital Planning Advisory Committee is also considered. It is important to note that before Prop 3 was passed, the district experienced a significant period of deferred maintenance due to lack of funds, and it will require many years to catch up and address all priorities.

The links below provide the priority projects requested by each building administrator at the inception of Prop 3. See the Frequently Asked Questions on the Prop 3 Dashboard website at prop3.rsdmo.org/faq for more information about how projects are prioritized.
